A curious hybrid of plain white twill cotton field, red silk borders with supplementary weft design, small silk embroidered circle and silk tassels attached to three corners. This could have been used as a head cover, kerchief, an apron, or decorative piece. Definitely from the Balkans, and could be Albanian.
