Yellow Taffeta Chappan
Festive and luxuriant chapan made of yellow taffeta and line with five color warp ikat of a geometrical design. The Uzbek chapan (or coat)is used on ceremonial occasions such as wedding, funeral ot religious hoilidays. The peculiar cut that makes it hard to close at front when worn results from it being accessorized with a very long and wide sash that gets wrapped around the midsection.
