Embroidered Coverlet

Coverlet made of two panels of a petticoat that are joined top to top. The ground of a deep yellow wool is embellished with crewelwork of blooming potted flowers and sprigs above a border of meandering vines, all done in bright reds, blues and greens.Partially backed with blue wool, edged with red wool and pink cotton.
