Embroidered Cover

This embroidered cover was made in Kirghistan in the early 20th century. It is made out of wool and is embroidered with silk. Kirghiz embroidery is similar to Lakhai (Lakai) embroidery, but Kirghiz embroidery usually has a field that is divided geometrically.
