Bamboo Undershirt
The use of bamboo jackets and vests dates back to the Ming dynasty.They were worn as undergarments to aid air circulation, which helped to protect the outer garment from perspiration stains during the hot weather. The jacket is made of small tubular bamboo beads threaded in a net like structure, with edges finished in cream cotton.
